Journalist Juan Pablo Becerra Acosta submitted his resignation as director of the UNAM Gazette after publicly acknowledging a spelling error on one of the publication's covers. Through his X social media account, the communicator explained that the mistake arose during the editing process of a summary when he changed a word that was originally “desgarradores” (heart-wrenching).
